Calendar printing specification: A4 (opens to A3 portrait size), saddle stitched (stapled) booklet calendar. 28 pages printed full colour double sided on a choice of paper. Complete with a single drill hole for wall mounting.

3 steps to create and print your calendar

We are now offering discounts for early season calendar printing orders and a bonus discount for registered charities.

step one - choose & supply

Simply choose from one of our calendar templates and supply any information you want to be printed on the calendar such as notable dates, calendar titles, email addresses, etc. We will contact you with details of how to upload your images or you can post them if you prefer.

step two - artwork & proof

Once we have received all your information and images/photos your order will be processed and one of our design team will use the selected template to create your calendar. We will send a PDF proof of your completed calendar for your review.

step three - print & deliver

Once you have approved your calendar proof we will begin the printing process. Our aim is to complete and despatch your order within 5-7 working days. We will send your finished calendars by special next day courier service direct to your door.

artwork setup

Template Setup: There is a small one-off cost to create your personalised calendar from one of our professionally designed templates. This cost includes managing your calendar artwork from creation to printing. We will input all your information/content, drop in all your images and photos and create the final print ready artwork.
Notable dates and image captions: All our templates already contain UK Bank Holidays, however, should you wish to add further special dates, or add captions to your pictures, we can do this for a small additional charge.

paper options

Unless otherwise requested all our calendars are printed on our standard 120gsm satin coated paper. For the same cost we are now able to print calendars on 150gsm recycled gloss paper.
Heavier weight papers are available on request at a small additional cost.

envelopes

Most of our wall and desk calendars have premium card envelopes to fit each size. These are all charged per envelope and start from 25p each.
