Our Photo Calendar Order Process

1. Book It In

Whether you are creating your calendar Online in our Design Software or Offline in a DTP package please email us at kelp@dynamiccalendars.co.uk to let us know your required delivery date so we can book you into our Production Schedule.

2a. Sending Artwork if Designing Offline

If you are creating your calendar in InDesign, Publisher, Powerpoint or via Canva, please send us your calendar as a PDF file via https://yearbook.wetransfer.com

For the inside pages ideally we require HD high resolution print ready PDFs with 3mm bleed, so if an A4 Calendar the PDF needs to be 216mm x 303mm. We can however also take packaged InDesign files or Publisher and Powerpoint files in some circumstances.

2b. Sending Artwork if Designing in our online Design Software

If you are creating your calendar in our online software once you have finished your calendar you need to process it by purchasing it and running it through our Shopping Basket.

At checkout choose the "Please Invoice me to Pay Later , we invoice you for payment prior to dispatch, in both cases the system may automatically send you an invoice so please ignore tha, we invoice you with your PDF proof .

Our system creates a print ready PDF file, which we send to you via https://yearbook.wetransfer.com for you to approve along with instructions and information.

3. Your Printed Proof

If time allows and you are ordering 100 or more calendars, or if you have paid for it when ordering less than 100 calendars, we send you a printed proof so you can check your calendar over before we print the full batch. To get your Printed Proof and to allow time to edit after seeing it, please aim to complete your design 1 month before you need your printed calendars delivered.

4. Final Edits

After carefully reviewing your printed proof either provide us revised artwork of any changes, or advise the edits for us to make to your online design order.
